I had the great opportunity to go to Midway for the weekend. Had a wonderful time with family, however, also was eating out a lot. I splurged on my calories one meal on a seafood buffet but tried to eat healthy the rest of the time. Found a gym to workout so it felt good to get in a little exercise.

  2. What a great attitude you have. I should take a lesson. When I goof, I really feel bad. I need to pick myself up and get going like you did.

  3. Good for you. Like Mindy said, sometimes you are better off to just eat what is tempting and then get back on track like you did. Congratulations.
