Thanks

Participating in the 100 day heart challenge has been a great opportunity! Thanks to everyone that have supported, instructed, and couraged me. I have learned so much and feel stronger than I have felt in a long time, even with my sore muscles. Thanks to you all.

I have been sick for a week but now I am finally feeling somewhat back to normal. Going back to the gym felt like I was starting from the beginning.

This has been a difficult week for me - it was my birthday, Spring Break, and I have been on a trip to Seattle. I have tried to exercised but have taken a vacation on eating healthy foods. When I get back I will have to get back on track.

I had the great opportunity to go to Midway for the weekend. Had a wonderful time with family, however, also was eating out a lot. I splurged on my calories one meal on a seafood buffet but tried to eat healthy the rest of the time. Found a gym to workout so it felt good to get in a little exercise.

I was challenged by my trainer to drink more water. It's easy for me to drink lots of water while exercising but I need to drink more during the day.
