I was challenged by my trainer to drink more water. It's easy for me to drink lots of water while exercising but I need to drink more during the day.

    Just know that the bathroom will feel jealous & want you to visit more often!! he he
    I just read somewhere to help with overeating to drink at least 8 oz. of water about 15-20 minutes before you eat, it will help fill you up!!

  4. My frig at work is now stocked with lots of bottled water so hopefully I will have easy access and will drink more water.
