I was challenged by my trainer to drink more water. It's easy for me to drink lots of water while exercising but I need to drink more during the day.

It is definitely an eyeopener to keep a diary of what you eat and when you eat it. I want to eat the right things just so I can record it.

Today was the start of the 100-day heart challenge. It was great to meet all the other participants and learn more about the program.
